How we turn two hours
into your AI strategy

The methodology behind every nura workshop — before, during, and after.

Before

Before you arrive

We send you a short set of pre-course questions when you register — about ten minutes of work. They cover the shape of your business, the systems you run on, and your honest starting point with AI. Nothing is graded. The goal is to arrive at the workshop with the right questions already forming.

Arriving with the right questions is half the work.
— Workshop facilitation principle
During

The Four Foundations

Every nura engagement is built on four foundations. They are not sequential phases — they are worked on simultaneously, with emphasis chosen by the diagnostic. Workshops walk you through each in turn so you score yourself, share with a peer, and see the picture as a whole.

01
People
AI fails when staff don’t use it, don’t trust it, or use it in ways that create risk. People is the 70%.
Do your people have the awareness, the confidence, and the permission to use AI well?
02
Documents
AI hallucinates when it doesn’t have a reliable source to reference. The antidote is better documents — not a better AI model.
If an AI assistant had access to all your business documents, what would it know — and what would it have to guess at?
03
Data
The average SME runs on 8–12 systems that don’t share data. Manual re-entry is doing integration in human hours.
Where does your most important business data live — and can you actually get to it?
04
Strategy
You can have willing people, clean documents, and good data — and still fail without ownership, direction, or governance.
Who owns AI in your business, and what would success look like in 12 months?
Your first moves

Fire, Fruit, Moonshot

Once you’ve scored your foundations, we use a three-tier prioritisation framework to translate findings into action — what to do this month, this quarter, and this year.

Fire · 0–30 days

Fire

Causing real pain right now that AI can relieve quickly. Examples: manual report compilation, repetitive email responses, slow knowledge retrieval.

Fruit · 30–90 days

Fruit

Clearly valuable and feasible with foundations at current state. Examples: first AI assistant deployed, one data integration automated, Tier 1 training complete.

Moonshot · 90+ days

Moonshot

Transformational capability that becomes possible when foundations are built. Name it, do not over-plan it yet.

After

What you leave with

After the session itself, you complete a short set of depth questions in the workshop app, upload any documents that help us understand your business, and answer follow-ups that nural — our AI strategist — generates from researching your industry and the systems you named. By that evening, your personalised report lands in your inbox.

The report

Not a summary. A strategy report — the kind that would normally cost £5,000+ from a consultant. A scored view of your business across the Four Foundations, your Fire / Fruit / Moonshot sharpened, a 90-day action plan, and a recommended next step. Use it with your leadership team. Bring it to a board meeting. Share it with whoever owns AI in your business.

The bigger picture

The nura approach

The 10-20-70 principle

10% is the algorithm. 20% is the technology. 70% is people, process, and culture. Most AI consultancies sell the 30%. Every AI project that fails, fails in the 70%. That is why every nura engagement leads with People — and why training precedes deployment, without exception.

10%
Algorithms
The AI model and its capabilities
20%
Technology
Infrastructure, integrations, tools
70%
People & process
Culture, capability, workflows, governance

Points of Truth

A Point of Truth is a single authoritative source on a specific topic. AI systems built on Points of Truth give consistent, grounded responses. Without them, hallucination risk is high and AI assistants give plausible but unreliable answers. The hallucination problem is a documentation problem — not a technology problem.

The Golden Question

A cultural maturity marker. When staff habitually ask “Did I try asking AI about this first?” without being prompted, the People foundation is reaching Stage 3. When it’s the default — not the exception — the foundation is at Stage 4.

Three-Tier Training

AI capability is built in tiers, not in a single all-staff session. We sequence training to match how confidence actually spreads in an organisation.

01
Foundational
All staff
A shared base of AI literacy. Everyone learns what AI is, what it can do well, what it gets wrong, and how to use it safely.
02
Role-specific
Departments
Tailored to the work each function actually does. The questions, prompts, and tools that make sense for finance differ from sales, ops, or delivery.
03
Champions
Power users
A small group of internal experts. They own internal AI know-how, run experiments, support colleagues, and feed insight back to leadership.
